• Normal wear and tear, such as minor surface scratches, slight color changes, or everyday signs of use;
• Damage caused by drops, pressure, impact, fire, flood, humid environments, or other accidents;
• Damage caused by force majeure or factors beyond Modobloom’s control;
• Issues caused by user disassembly, modification, repair, or repair by unauthorized persons;

To ensure product safety, hygiene, and proper functionality, Modobloom recommends that you follow the guidelines below:

• Clean the product according to the cleaning instructions before first use;
• Clean the product regularly to avoid residue buildup or bacterial growth;
• Do not use steel wool, abrasive brushes, or other cleaning tools that may damage the product surface;
• Do not use bleach, highly corrosive cleaners, or cleaners not suitable for food-contact items;
• Do not place the product in a microwave, as it contains magnetic materials;
• Do not place the product in an oven, near open flames, or in high-temperature environments;
• Do not overfill the product, as this may affect closing, sealing, or product structure;
• Do not forcibly disassemble, bend, impact, or modify the product;The product’s applicable temperature range is 10°C to 40°C / 50°F to 104°F;
• The temperature of the contents placed inside the product should also remain within the applicable temperature range;
• Use the product only for its intended purpose: storing daily medications, vitamins, supplements, or health-related items.
  
  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modobloom is not responsible for any damage, loss, or consequence caused by misuse, improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.

If a product experiences performance issues, damage, or functional failure due to misuse, improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or failure to follow safety guidelines, Modobloom will not provide free repair or replacement.

By using this product, you understand and agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring that the product is used for lawful, proper, and reasonable purposes;
• You should follow the product manual, cleaning instructions, and all safety and usage guidelines;
• Any damage, personal injury, property loss, legal risk, or other consequence caused directly or indirectly by failure to follow the usage guidelines is your responsibility;
• Modobloom is not responsible for consequences caused by incorrect or improper use of the product.

This disclaimer does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

If you believe your product has a defect covered by this Warranty Policy, please follow the steps below:

2. Provide your order number or proof of purchase;
3. Briefly describe the product issue;
4. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue;
5. If needed, provide product packaging, batch information, or other supporting materials.We will respond within 3 business days after receiving complete application materials and provide further instructions based on the situation.

Please do not return any product without prior confirmation from customer service.

Products returned without confirmation may not be identified or processed.

If the issue is confirmed to be covered by this Warranty Policy, Modobloom may, depending on the product condition, type of issue, inventory availability, and applicable law, choose one or more of the following remedies:

• Repair the product free of charge;
• Replace the product with the same model;
• Replace the product with an equivalent product of similar specifications or value;
• Provide another reasonable solution in special circumstances.

Please note:

• Limited-edition, special-edition, or discontinued products may not be replaceable with the exact same version;
• If the original product is out of stock or discontinued, we may provide a replacement product with similar specifications, function, or value;
• A repaired or replaced product does not restart a new 12-month warranty period. The warranty period generally continues from the remaining warranty period of the original product, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  
  

For quality issues confirmed to be covered by this Warranty Policy, if the product needs to be returned for inspection, repair, or replacement, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Modobloom.

The following shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or other costs may be borne by the user:

• Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the user;
• Additional costs caused by the user choosing a non-designated shipping method;
